We provide several services depending on the needs you require.
Project Management: Our specialty is project management. We will take you from start to finish on you project helping you make choices that will save you money while giving you enjoyment of your finished project. We keep up to date on the latest inovative products that save on resources as well as provide a better product.
Roofing: We do flat roofing using materials that allow us to offer 40 year material warranties on residential applications as well as superior high wind attachments. We have certifications from RPI for the installation of their product line of which their membrane is manufactured by Firestone rubber. We also are certified contractors for Polyglass Estaflex product which is a self adhered product which carries a 25 year warranty when used with two base sheets and applied over either recovery board or secure deck. This gives the owner more choices for flat roofs compared to using the traditional rolled roofing which has at best a five year warranty.
Replacement Windows: We use several different maunfactures of replacement from the simplest vinyl window up through our newest addition a Woodright Insert from Andersen Windows for the discerning customer who would like to keep the charm of their existing trim and would like to match that eligence. These windows are available in several grid patterns as well as the most common species on the interior. The outside is a maintenance free composite available in several colors.
Kitchen & Bath Remodels: We will install and upgrade your cabinets and fixtures while recycling your existing cabinets and fixtures donating them to organizations who will make them available to families who can use them. We have access to several different manufactures of cabinets to meet your every need and design taste with the use of accent mouldings. We are especially proud to partener with Indisco a local independant dealer of Kraftmaid and exclusive dealer in Maine for Glenwood cabinets.
Whole House Remodels: There is no job to challenging as we are up to the challenge to tackle the most difficult of projects as seen at the South Beach project in which we had to overcome several structural problems as well weather and site constraints as we had to work around a narrow street, an operating motel as well foot traffic due to the public access to the beach.
Design-Build: We offer Design-Build services using the latest 3-D Modeling software also known as Building Information Modeling. This allows us eliminate any conflicts between the different trades as well being able to forcast energy costs using different LEED'S (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) using Green Building Studio. This process gives us results in four different formats (DOE-2, eQuest, energy Plus and T 700) We also follow the Energy Star requirements.
