This is our latest project nestled away on the west side of Sebago Lake in Sebago. We are raising the roof as well as reframing the exterior walls for new windows whilst keeping the exisitng bedroom walls and ceilings. We are excited about this project at it was used to benchmark our place in the Energy Star arena. Without changing any of our building methods we recieved a 5*+ right out of the gate resulting in a 50% reduction in energy costs from the baseline Energy Star requirements.
